New Student Enrollment

Steps for Enrollment of New Students

Pre-School (ages two through four)

Return the completed application to Cross & Crown School Office along with the following:

a. A non-refundable application fee (payable to Cross & Crown School)

b. Copies of both parents’ driver’s license

c. The student’s Social Security number

d. A copy of their immunization record on Georgia Form 3231

e. A meeting with the office manager or principal

f. Payment of first month’s tuition

g. Attendance at parent orientation meeting

Kindergarten through Fifth Grade

Return the completed application to Cross & Crown School Office along with the following:

a. A non-refundable application fee (payable to Cross & Crown School)

b. Copy of student’s birth certificate

c. A copy of their immunization record on Georgia form 3231

d. Completion of entrance exam

e. The child’s report card(s), teacher recommendation form, achievement test results and any other screenings from previously attended institutions, including any disciplinary action previously taken

f. Copies of both parents’ driver’s license

g. The student’s Social Security number

h. A meeting with the office manager or principal

i. Payment of first month’s tuition

j. Attendance at parent orientation meeting

For All New Students

1. You will receive notification of your child’s enrollment status

2 A waiting list will be established after the class has reached the maximum enrollment

3 All parents are required to join the Parent-Teacher Organization

4 Parents are required to help with a minimum of 10 hours per school semester; which includes three (3) school, PTO activities, or school projects. Parents may elect to donate $10 per hour to the PTO in lieu of hours worked.

5 All pupils entering Cross & Crown School shall be accepted on a nine-week trial basis. Final acceptance will be determined upon a parent-teacher conference, observation by the teacher and testing, and approval of the principal, if necessary.
