Down Home Country BBQ!

This is a FUN evening … for adults!  The children will perform and then be dismissed to the Extended Day building where they will be served dinner and have some fun!

The Barbeque dinner and auction is adults only!  You will be able to relax and enjoy viewing the auction items and eat dinner without having to cut up someone else’s food.   : )

This is a really fun event with lots and lots of goodies to be auctioned.  Some examples:

  • Hotel stays (Ritz Carlton, Marriott)
  • Restaurant Gift Certificates  (Uncle Julio’s, McKendrick’s,  Sundial, and more)
  • 12 Ready Made Easter Baskets
  • Chiropractor Evaluation, etc.
  • Classroom baskets (Themes: Coffee, Italian, Beach, Tea, Art, Garden, Car Safety)
  • Golf
  • Door prizes
  • Hot Air Balloon Ride
  • Helicopter Ride
  • 1 Registration fee for school year 2011-2012 to be raffled off

and so much more!

Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. to view the Auction Items.

The children will perform at 5:00 p.m.

Dinner will be at 6:00  p.m. followed by the Live Auction!

  • $12.00 per adult—$5 per child
  • $30.00 per family up to 4: 2 adults, 2 children
  • Babysitting is included for children 2 years and older
